About NeuroVerse LLC

Hi, I’m Katie Obbagy, the Founder and Lead Consultant of NeuroVerse LLC. I have a Mechanical Engineering Degree with a concentration in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Dayton and 10 years of STEM industry experience.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD after getting feedback on a performance review that highlighted both high-achieving creativity and excellent  problem-solving skills, but also struggles with workload, overwhelm, and time management. 

 

Getting a diagnosis as an adult caused me to deep dive into the affects that ADHD has on all aspects of life, and made me find new systems and approaches for how to navigate work and relationships. It opened my eyes to all the awesome positive aspects of ADHD and other neurodiversitities, and also the struggle points of them. I wanted to share what I've learned through the process so I partnered with multiple Employee Resources Groups at my previous company, and then was selected to present on the topic at the 2023 Society of Women Engineers Annual Conference.

After being diagnosed and understanding the link ADHD had to my learning style, career and personal life, I made it my mission to deep-dive into neurodiversity and created NeuroVerse LLC. My focus is to support corporations and businesses with education and best practices for working

with their neurodiverse employees, particularly those with ADHD.
